Dear Mrs, Masters, Shane seems to have developed a problem. He can't hold a tennis ball in his mouth at the correct angle. Can we please come to an agreement as to what time we can come collect him as he will need training on how to control the ball. This may take up to ten years, I am sorry for any distressed caused ;-)
