We weigh the puppies daily to monitor their weight. We look at overall weight, percentage weight gain since the previous day and overall percentage weight gain. We apply conditional formatting to enable us to immediately identify any puppies who are falling behind. This is then plotted on a chart to provide a visual format to enable us to see the puppies' progress.
